PC26 will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) located at 1 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf, Victoria.

The MCEC is close to the Melbourne Southern Cross and Flinders Street train stations with both stations easily accessed by connecting trams.

  • Self‑parking is available at Wilson Parking – DFO South Wharf, conveniently located at 55 Munro Street, South Wharf. The overnight rate is $30 per vehicle, per 24 hours, valid for a single entry and exit.

    Guests are kindly requested to present their parking ticket to the Hotel Concierge or Front Desk to redeem the discounted rate.

  • Guest room reservations can be made online on or before Friday 6th November 2026.

  • Changes and cancellations are permitted until 11:59 PM local Melbourne time on Thursday 5th November 2026.  Cancellations made after Friday 6th November 2026, will incur a charge for each night the room was reserved.

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card, and the full payment is required on arrival.

    Credit card payments relating to Australian hotels incur a merchant service fee of 1.95 percent.

  • Car parking at Oakwood Premier Melbourne Southbank is available for hotel guests as follows:

    Third party offsite parking is available across the hotel along Munro Street. 
    Discounted Parking: A special rate of $30 per vehicle, per day, is available exclusively for our guests at South Wharf DFO Car Park (single exit only). To redeem the discounted rate, please take the paper ticket from the machine upon entering the car park to our Front Desk team and they will hand you a voucher for payment when you exit the car park. 

  • Guest room reservations are available to be made on or before Friday 6th November 2026.

  • Changes and cancellations are permitted until 11:59 PM local Melbourne time on Friday 6th November 2026. Cancellations made after Friday 6th November 2026 and up until Friday 20th November 2026 will incur a one-night cancellation fee per room cancelled.

    Cancellations received after Friday 20th November 2026 will incur a full cancellation penalty equivalent to each night the room was reserved.

  • Delegates can access discounted parking at DFO South Wharf, which is located adjacent to the hotel and MCEC precinct.

    Ample parking is available in a number of the public car parks, operated by Wilson Parking, surrounding the Pan Pacific Melbourne. The closest is the South Wharf Retail

    Car Park and casual rates apply. Discounted car parking rates of $50 (per 24 hours/unlimited exits and entries based on 24 hours) are available with a hotel validated parking ticket and guests paying direct with reception or charge back to master account. Valet Parking is available at $75 per car, per day

  • Guest room reservations are available to be made on or before Friday 6th November 2026

  • Should a guest wish to cancel their booking, Pan Pacific Melbourne must be notified 31 days prior to the arrival date, there will be no cancellation charge.

    Should a guest fail to arrive at Pan Pacific Melbourne or if a room is cancelled within 30 days of the arrival date (4pm) the guest will be charged 100% of their full stay.

    Early departures or shortened stays are treated as cancelled room nights. Cancellation penalties will apply for each night cancelled as outlined above

  • All delegates will require to provide credit cards to guarantee reservations, these will not be charged at the time of booking.

    A link will be provided to all reservations to prepay account around 35 - 31 days from arrival date. Guests will have up to 48 hours to prepay their accommodation.

    **All Credit transactions will incur a Merchant Services Fee of 1.25%**

    An incidental deposit of AUD $100.00 per night is required upon check-in.
