PC25 will be held at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre (MCEC) located at 1 Convention Centre Pl, South Wharf, Victoria.

The MCEC is close to the Melbourne Southern Cross and Flinders Street train stations with both stations easily accessed by connecting trams.

    Accommodation rates are in Australian dollars and include 10% GST (“Goods and Services Tax”).

  • Self-parking is available in the close vicinity of the hotel (0.4 Km) Care Park, 11-31 Montague Street, South Melbourne VIC 3006 (entry via Munro St): $28 per vehicle, per exit.

    To redeem the discounted rate, present your parking entry ticket at the Concierge or Reception desk. New day charges apply from 5.00 am each day – e.g., enter after 5.00 am and exit before 5.00 am the following day.

  • Guest room reservations can be made online on or before Thursday, 23rd October 2025.

  • Changes and cancellations are permitted until 11:59 PM local Melbourne time on Thursday, 23rd October 2025.  Cancellations made after Thursday, 23rd October 2025, will incur a charge for each night the room was reserved.

  • Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card, and the full payment is required on arrival.

  • Car parking at Oakwood Premier Melbourne Southbank is available for hotel guests as follows: $25 per vehicle, per day.
    This rate allows for a single exit only. To redeem the discounted rate, please take the paper ticket from the machine upon entering the car park, and the Front Desk team can arrange a voucher for payment when you exit. The carpark is across the road from Oakwood Premier Melbourne at 11-31 Montague Street, South Melbourne. (Entry is from Munro Street).

  • Guest room reservations are available to be made on or before Friday 24th October 2025

  • Changes and cancellations are permitted until 11:59 PM local Melbourne time on Friday 24th October.

    Cancellations made after Friday 24th October 2025 and up until Friday 8th November 2025 will incur a one-night cancellation fee per room cancelled.

    Cancellations received after Friday 8th November 2025 will incur a full cancellation penalty equivalent to each night the room was reserved.

    Mastercard, Visa, Diners and AMEX payments will incur a transaction fee of 2%.
